Quarter Mile Formula

There are three formulas for quarter mile calculation,

1.By use the Huntington formula:

Time = 6.290 x ( Weight / Power )^1/3
Speed = 224 x ( Power / Weight )^1/3

2.By using the Fox formula:

Time = 6.269 x ( Weight / Power )^1/3
Speed = 230 x ( Power / Weight )^1/3

3.By using the Hale formula:

Time = 5.825 x ( Weight / Power )^1/3
Speed = 234 x ( Power / Weight )^1/3

while
Weight = Vehicle Weight in lb unit.
Power = Engine Power in hp unit.
