3. Eat Healthier

With the popularity and conveniences of fast food, processing food and junk food, we are consuming way too much unhealthy food on a daily basis. We should substitute these food with healthier choices like fruits, vegetables and lean meats.

4. Drink Water
Drink water instead of soft drinks. Research has shown that consuming soft drinks daily may cause diabetes, heart problems, and speed up the aging of your body. Soft drinks contains a lot sugar or an artificial sweetener which is bad for your skin and causes wrinkles.

5. Enough Sleep
Getting enough sleep everyday is very important for your health and aging. Lack of sleep leads to all kinds of diseases and makes us aging faster.

By simple lifestyle changes such as such as intermittent fasting, cold exposure, exercising with the right intensity, and eating less meat will make us look younger and healthier.


2. Super Human: The Bulletproof Plan to Age Backward and Maybe Even Live Forever, by Dave Asprey. Dave reveals a few simple strategies he uses to slow down aging that works for him. In his young years, he used to suffered symptoms of aging. By using the simple changes that he made to diet, sleep, exercise and a few other lift style changes, he was able to feel and look younger, and happier than ever.
