Heart rate zone base on maximum heart rate
Recovery zone - 60% to 70% of MHR
Aerobic zone - 70% to 80% of MHR
Anaerobic zone - 80% to 90% of MHR
Red line zone - 90% to 100% of MHR
Heart rate zone base on heart rate reserve
Heart Rate Reserve = Max Heart Rate - Resting Heart Rate
Recovery zone - 60% to 70% of Reserver + Resting Heart Rate
Aerobic zone - 70% to 80% of Reserver + Resting Heart Rate
Anaerobic zone - 80% to 90% of Reserver + Resting Heart Rate
