Retention rate calculator calculates the retention rate for your employees or customers based on the number of people who stayed and people at the beginning.

Retention Rate Formula

The retention rate formula is:
Retention Rate = ( Total People Stayed/Total People at the beginning ) x 100

For example,
if the the number of customers or employees stayed is 120, and the the number of customers or employees at the start of time is 150.
Then the retention rate is calculated as:
120/150 x 100
= 80%
