Churn Rate Formula

The churn rate formula is:
Churn Rate = ( Lost Customers/Total Customers ) x 100

For example,
if the lost customer of a business is 45, and the total number of customers at the start of time is 98.
Then the churn rate is calculated as:
45/98 x 100
= 46%
