Due date based on last period

In general, pregnancies last around 40 weeks or about 38 weeks from conception. To calculate due date based on last period, add 40 weeks or 280 days from your last period. There will be a few days difference based on your cycle length which we factor in the due date calculation. If you are not sure about cycle length, simply select "not sure".

Due date based on conception date

To calculate due date based on conception date or the ovulation date, add 266 days to your conception date to get an estimate due date.

IVF due date calculator

The IVF due date calculator is based on the 3 days and 5 day transfer date. To calculate using the IVF, count out to 38 weeks or 266 days. Then subtract 3 or 5 days depends on your selection of IVF 3 or 5 day transfer date.

Due date based on ultrasound

To calculate due date based on ultrasound, select a week and day which will be the baby's gestational age today from date of conception. Count out to 40 weeks or 280 days, and then subtract the gestational age.
